• · London Gateway: Trafalgar passengers purchasing either “Land Only” or “Land and Air” will receive Hotelink transfers during published hours of operation. This is providing that:
• · Passengers are staying at a London hotel, booked by Trafalgar on the night of their arrival and the night before their departure.
• · Passengers or their Travel Agents supply Trafalgar with accurate flight information not less than 21 days prior to departure.
• · European Gateways: Trafalgar passengers purchasing “Land Only” will receive coach transfers at the times published in the brochure at NO extra charge. However, if these “Land Only” passengers arrive outside the brochure advertised coach transfer times they must make their own arrangements at their own expense.
• · Passengers purchasing “Land and Air” from Trafalgar will receive coach transfers at times published in the brochure or, if they arrive outside of these set times, then a separate transfer will be booked for them. These transfers will be available only on the days of arrival and departure of the tour.
• · Passengers purchasing pre and post tour accommodation must arrange their own transfers regardless of whether or not they have bought “Air” from Trafalgar.

Real Britain

Day 1 - London - Bath
An exciting day awaits us. First we visit Salisbury to see the Gothic Cathedral. Then on via ancient Stonehenge to the beautiful Georgian city of Bath where we will spend the night. (Dinner)

Hotel: Landsdown Grove

Day 2 - Bath – Lake District
Our first stop this morning is the famous Wedgwood Pottery Centre. Then we continue to the fine city of Chester before heading northwards to the Lake District. (Full Breakfast / Dinner)

Hotel: Holiday Inn Lancaster

Day 3 - Lake District - Edinburgh (2 nights)
Admire the scenery which inspired the poet Wordsworth and see his home in Grasmere. Then continue our journey, stopping at Moffat Woollens en route to Edinburgh for our two-night stay. (Full Breakfast)

Hotel: Holiday Inn (2 nights)

Day 4 - Edinburgh sightseeing & at leisure
We visit the Castle and see Holyrood House. The rest of your day is at leisure. Tonight, why not join in an optional Scottish evening with dinner, Highland dancing and bagpipes? (Full Breakfast)

Day 5 - Edinburgh - York
Through the Scottish borders to see Jedburgh Abbey. Then through Northumberland National Park to Viking York to stroll through the 'Shambles' and see York Minster. (Full Breakfast / Dinner)

Day 6 - York - London
We travel to Coventry, home of Lady Godiva, to see its two Cathedrals. Then continue to Stratford-upon-Avon to visit Shakespeare's birthplace and see Anne Hathaway's cottage before a scenic drive through the Cotswolds brings us back to London. (Full Breakfast)
